INTODIGITIZING - WORK PROCESS
We have the different criteria for customers to communicate in order to have the easy process of the embroidery services.

The customer requests us through our quote and order form. Then we send free quote within 12 hours of getting mail of the customer.

After getting the mail from the customer we send back a confirmation mail. In this mail we also ask if the customer has any query as to their artwork.

The planning department of our company does a systematic and careful analysis of the needs of the customer.We also keep in mind to engage the right person for the desired work of the customer.

Then the work goes to our digitizers to interpret the jobs/designs. Our digitizers do the designs keeping in mind that the right work is being done. The digitizers at Intodigitizing follow all the parameters.

After the artwork is done the design is passed to the quality control department. The quality of the design is thoroughly checked by the qualified and experienced people so that no fault will be there in design for the perfect production.

Once the quality checking is done then we send an invoice to the client and the client makes a payment for the design. Then we send them the digitized design file. If the customer has informed us to debit the payment through credit card then we deliver an invoice along with the design files to the clients.

We help the customer to edit the digitized files within 7 days. If we committed any mistake then we will edit the designs completely free of cost. But if the customer does the mistake and approach us to edit then appropriate charges will be applied.
